The mission of Shades of the Trades Inc. is to prepare individuals pursuing careers in skilled trades profession by encouraging self-sufficiency through skills training, education, leadership and mentorship. The skilled trades sector in the United States is vital in both helping drive the country’s economic growth and in employing millions of people across the nation .

Mentoring and Leadership

Shades of the trades helps men , women, and children get a understanding of the importance of what learning a skilled trade can provide yourself and your family . We are here every step of the way . You can schedule a meeting with one of our mentors to help you on your journey of getting a career in the organized trades.

We create relationships with community boards & community based organizations . We also assist with community gardens , turkey drives , and toy drives ,and clothing drives . We Strive to Uplift and empower our middle class communities .
